How Is furniture delivered?

The answer to this question depends on the weight and size of the furniture. Methods include FedEx, tailgate (LTL Freight Carrier) and Inside Delivery. To learn more, call 800-558-1010 to talk to one of our furniture experts. 


What Is Tailgate (LTL Freight Carrier) Delivery?

Larger and heavier furniture items, including desks, tables and filing cabinets, will need to be shipped by a freight carrier using a large delivery truck. In these instances, the driver will pull up to your loading dock and bring the furniture to the back of the truck. If no loading dock is available, a lift gate will be provided to lower the shipment from the truck. You would be responsible for bringing the product into your location. 


What Is Inside Delivery?

If your location does not have people who are able to bring your new furniture into the building, we recommend adding Inside Delivery service to your order. When you request Inside Delivery, the driver will bring the item into your room of choice, including going up one flight of stairs. There is an additional fee for this service which will be shown at checkout. This service will add approximately 1-4 weeks to your transit time depending on your distance to the service provider. 


Do You Have Furniture Assembly Services?

If you are needing assembly of your furniture, we do have a nationwide network of installers available for installation. Please call 800-558-1010 and select option 3 to speak with one of our furniture experts regarding this service. 


How Much Is My delivery?

Delivery charges vary based upon product weight, shipping origin and destination. Please call 800-558-1010 for a guaranteed rate from one of our representatives. Additional delivery charges will be applied on shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. territories. We do not deliver to P.O. boxes, international addresses or APO addresses. A U.S. consolidation point and a TCN# are required for overseas destinations. 


How Long Will It Be Before My Product Arrives?

Quick-ship items typically arrive within 1 week. In-stock items arrive in 1-2 weeks, while made-to-order items arrive in 2-4 weeks or more depending on the product. Please note that shipping times may vary. This information can be found on the product detail page for each item and on your order acknowledgement after your purchase. Return Policy

Unless otherwise noted in the item description, you may return your purchase for a refund minus the round trip shipping charges within 30-days of receiving your item. Orders over $2000, which require more handling, will be subject to an additional re-stocking fee that will not exceed 25% of the order. The shipping charges will be deducted from your refund if you paid in advance or you will receive a revised invoice for shipping charges once the items are returned to us.

Return Eligibility

  • Items must be in new/unused condition and in their original packaging in order to be returned
  • Items which are custom/made to order cannot be returned
  • Returns on clearance or close-out items and items marked as “non-returnable” will not be accepted

How do I return my item?

Cancellations or returns must be authorized in advance. Please call 800-558-1010 within 30-days of receiving your order and a Customer Service representative will assess the situation and if need be, issue a return authorization. Charges may apply on returns.

Do you Sell Replacement Parts?
